This is a partial-mash recipe. All grain brewers should replace the 3# of extract with an additional 4 1/4# of Belgian Pilsener Malt

Mash @ about 151 F

5 Gallons

Grain Bill:

6 3/4 # Belgian Pilsener Malt

3/4# Cara Munich

1/4# Biscuit Malt

3# Pilsen Malt Extract (Light Dry)

1/2# Cane Sugar (add at boil)

Hop Bill:

1 oz Warrior @ 60'

1/2 oz Amarillo @ 45'

1/4 oz Amarillo @ 30'

1/2 oz Hersbrucker @ 15

1/2 oz Hersbrucker @ 10

1/2 oz Haulertauer @ Flame Out

Yeast:

Trappist Ale (WLP500)
