This is a partial-mash recipe. All grain brewers should replace the 5# of extract with 6 1/2 # of Belgian Pilsener Malt

Mash @ about 151 F

5 Gallons

Grain Bill:

3/4 # Cara Vienna Malt

3/4# Cara Munich Malt

1/4# French Kiln Amber Malt

5# Pilsener Dry Malt Extract

Hop Bill:

1 oz Sterling @ 60

1/3 oz Hood @ 60'

1/3 oz Hood @ 30'

1/3 oz Hood @ 10'

Yeast:

Abbey Ale
